Steps to Reproduce
- Open the game on PlayStation.
- Go to the Locker to select a skin.
- Notice that the skins do not appear.
- I have to go to the Store to change outfits instead.

/report Title: Skins not showing in locker Description: Hello, I’ve been experiencing an issue for several months where my skins do not appear in the locker as they should. Check your cosmetics filters. I'm sure they're the problem. Also, clear the search field, even if it's empty.
