Repeated 'Report Feedback' Notifications Appear After Clicking 'OK'

Status: Open
Priority:
Critical
Added by:

on April 8, '26
Assigned to:
Unassigned
Due date:
Reported for:
Actual Result:
The "Report Feedback" screen keeps popping up every day with new dates (most recently 08/04/2026). I am receiving a massive influx of "Exploits" feedback daily that doesn't match my actual reporting history
Expected Result:
I should only receive feedback for players I have actually reported, and only once per action taken
Severity:
Major
Reproducibility:
Always
Platform:
Steam
Additional Notes & Comments:
This is more than just a visual loop. New reports dated today (April 8th) appeared even though I haven't reported that many people for exploits recently. It feels like the system is generating or duplicating these feedbacks incorrectly. I've seen over 100 of these since April 1st. It’s impossible that this many unique reports of mine are being processed every single day

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Launch Dead by Daylight
  2. Wait for the main menu/lobby to load
  3. Observe the "Report Feedback" pop-up appearing every single time, even after clicking "OK" in previous sessions

Explanation

Since April 1st, I have been receiving a massive and unrealistic amount of "Report Feedback" notifications every time I launch the game. Even though I click "OK," the pop-ups keep reappearing with new dates—most recently today, April 8th.

It lists dozens of "Exploits" actions daily, totaling well over 100 players by now. I haven't reported anywhere near this many people, so it's impossible for these to be legitimate individual feedbacks. It appears that either the system is duplicating old report data, or there is a major synchronization bug that is flooding my account with "Exploits" notifications. This has been happening consistently for a week and makes the login process very tedious
