Steps to Reproduce

1. Pick Dredge.
2. Play a game as Dredge.
3. Induce a near-Nightfall state.

Explanation

[9.6.0 PTB] Dredge's "Nightfall soon" sound effect suddenly too loud, uncomfortably so. Low end of sound clips for some reason.
