Steps to Reproduce

1. I can't reproduce the steps as I was on killer
2. I have a video clip of the player that used it against me
3. The player knowingly going to said spot and staying in that spot
4. Once he believed he was going to be caught by me

Explanation

A spot on the Silent hill map is glitched to where you can't pick up or mori survivors on the second floor and it was used against me in my most recent game
