- From what I have seen, it is completely random for this to occur.
Explanation
Dracula’s Wolf Form Pounce attack on occasion does not trigger the second pounce, and instead just places him into his recovery animation

had this same thing happen, can't tell what's the cause, i can just confirm it happens. more often than i'd like it to.
