Actual Result:	When i start the PTB 9.5.0, i’ve this 0 auric cells (i don’t spend all my auric cells in this ptb)
Expected Result:	It's impossible that I spent all my auric cells since these items have 0 value.

Steps to Reproduce

1. I launch the game from steam
2. The game is loading
3. At the top-right side on the Auric Cells icon is 0,
4. I don’t spend all my auric cells in the game. (Video 1)

Explanation

[Bug]: Nothing Auric cells at the start of the PTB 9.5.0

Description: When i start the new ptb, i don’t see any auric cellular, you can see the 0 value of this item (Video 1)
