Steps to Reproduce
- This is reproducible in any trial of the Bone Chill modifier while playing as The Dark Lord
Explanation
Dracula cannot interact with Snowskull piles in his Bat/Wolf Form, nor can he throw snowskulls in them. He also cannot see Snowmen in Bat Form, regardless of whether or not a survivor is using them. He can, however, freeze generators and pallets close to him in Bat/Wolf Form
