Steps to Reproduce

1. Prepare Second Wind
2. Get hooked on a Scourge Hook (with Gift of Pain and Pain Resonance)
3. Have a Survivor unhook you
4. You now cannot move for the rest of the match

Explanation

When unhooked on this particular Gideon hook, you become unable to move. Your other keyboard inputs work, but your movement keys don't move the character.
