Additional Notes & Comments:	I tried playing artist a third time, and the glitch did not activate again for whatever reason.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Pick Artist.
2. Start moving within match.
3. Bug should be reproduced.

Explanation

Bug found while playing 'The Artist' Killer. POV was set inside the character model and seemed to break turning while standing still. Perks also affected and only working upon glitch fixing itself. Seemed to fix itself upon encountering survivors. Replicated twice in a row. Perks equipped: Alien Instinct, Zanshin Tactics, Scourge Hook: Pain Resonance, Lethal Pursuer - Addons: Still Life Crow/Choclo Corn.
