Steps to Reproduce

1. Stand under a pallet with Charlotte
2. Deploy Victor
3. Get palleted stunned immediately by a survivor
4. Attempt to call out Victor once the cooldown period ends
5. Locked out of gameplay for the remainder of the game

Explanation

A pallet stun performed on The Twins while Charlotte is under the pallet and Victor pops out in front of her stuns them both and immediately returns you to Charolette. Once you attempt to call out Victor again, you are permanently immobilized the entire rest of the game
