Steps to Reproduce

1. Play a game as the Animatronic with the Glitchtrap skin
2. Throw your axe on the ground or next to a survivor
3. See that both of them do not give killer instinct

Explanation

When you use the Glitchtrap cosmetic for The Animatronic killer in a game, the killer instinct heartbeat and visual indicator are not visible or hearable. They are not visible if you throw the axe near a survivor, or when a survivor enters the axe's radius when lodged in an object. The bloodpoint score event does trigger, but no killer instinct in any way. This is an indirect nerf to Springtrap and that skin.
