Steps to Reproduce
- I cannot find a way to consistently activate it
- but it seems to happen more on elevated control stations, like on rock tiles or second floors of main buildings
- However, the Haddonfield control stations seem to do this a lot too even on the ground floor
- It's weird
Explanation
