Steps to Reproduce

1. Play as the ghoul
2. Tap the Charge Kagune Leap button constantly
3. Observe being unable to attack until you perform a leap

Explanation

The Ghoul cannot perform a basic attack until he has successfully leaped, after constantly tapping his power
