Additional Notes & Comments:	Noticed this while playing today it does not prevent you from opening the chest but its clearly partly under the floor of the caravan its in. Loaded up the map in customs and got it again on the first try.

Load in the Father Campbell's Chapel map
If chest spawns in the caravan in the Carnival tile
Observe the chest clearly being in the floor of the caravan and not on the top of it.

Explanation

Chest in the Carnival tile in Father Campbell's Chapel map spawning party inside the floor. This is not preventing you from interacting with it but its still visually clearly in the floor.
