Pallet breaks and generator kicks are delayed with the guards

pallet breaks should be fast enough for you to walk through the pallet as Carnifex is breaking it and generators should be interuppted as soon as they get a guard ordered to them

This has been a bug for a while and feels even worse due to the bugged input buffer and fatigue after power usage

Steps to Reproduce
- Play as the Knight
- Have a survior drop a pallet and break it with the Carnifex
- As you break the pallet, try to walk through it and you'll notice the break is delayed and blocks you from going through
Explanation
The Knights "order" action seems to be delayed. When ordering a pallet or gen with your guard the action will be slightly delayed resulting in you getting less distance when breaking a pallet with the Carnifex or a gen being done even as you order a guard to break it.
