Expected Result:	Huntress can camp any survivor she feels as long has she is charging axe throw.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Hook Survivor
2. Stand near Survivor as Huntress
3. Charge axe throw power
4. Survivor is unable to generate any camp meter

Explanation

Huntress player was able to not fill Survivors camp meter while they were hooked. This was because she was charging her axe throw but not throwing axe. The Survivor was then unable to generate camp meter and therefore bled to death as no one could properly unhook survivor without getting hit. She also knew about this bug because of additional addons. The player who was abusing the bug was named spirit7466.
