Explanation
The Dredge can get permamently stuck in a locker for the entire game and has no prompt to teleport to a different locker or leave it. In my experience it occurs in shack of Dead Sands and top floor triple locker clusters of the top floor in the Underground Complex. I cannot reproduce it.

Update: This likely can get forced by cheaters, either by proccing Head On stuns on command or possibly remotely occupying lockers.
