Explanation
I loaded into one of Azarov's variants, I run dramaturgy, vigil, strength in shadows, and botany knowledge. During the entire match I couldn't use Dramaturgy. It didn't give me the press "E" to proc it's activation. I was fully healed and not exhausted as it was the start of the match when I noticed it.
