Expected Result:	I should have had an option to heal the bot from the downed state

Additional Notes & Comments:	first time this happened, so I don't know if this is a constant bug or a one time thing.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Player was downed
2. Player disconnected
3. Bot was left slugged
4. No option to heal the bot from downed state

Explanation

Was unable to pick up a bot from the downed state. Was playing in normal gamemode
