Additional Notes & Comments:	The screenshots provided shows checking the perks at start of match and then checking perks after taking damage. This bug is similar to what happens occasionally in your own perk loadout screen but usually clicking on a perk brings them back. This trick does not work in this instance.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Load into game as survivor and on beginning of load out you can see team mates perks as intended
2. after you take damage and you check perks again and either all team mates are blocked or some are blocked.

Explanation

Cannot see teammates perks mid match. When you first load in you can see them but when you check later they are blocked. I believe it is taking damage that causes them to not show any more.
