Actual Result:	Used Power into pallet and completely canceled as soon as Slice and Dice was charged and disabled power for the game.
Expected Result:	Use power to scamper pallet.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Used Power off cooldown while in chase.
2. Full charge power immediately into a downed pallet

Explanation

Chucky Bug where you're power is permanently on cool down. I'm not sure how the bug happened, but I'll put in the steps that caused it.
