Bot Survivors Fail to Join Healing When Hurt Survivor is Already Been Healed by Another Survivor

Actual Result:	Bot is trying to indicate to you that it wants to heal but can't some reason join in because the other survivor is already healing you.
Expected Result:	Have the bot join on the heal that the other survivor is already doing

Additional Notes & Comments:	It happens twice in the last match of the log file. Once when I am getting healed by another survivor and then later when I am healing another survivor. The bot only starts healing after the healer stops healing and then it keeps healing even when the other survivor starts healing too.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have a bot survivor in the match
2. Have one injured survivor
3. Another survivor starts to heal the other
4. The bot survivor will come and tap crouch next to healer and hurt survivor like healed would be occupied
5. Bot will only join the healing if the healing survivor stops healing the hurt survivor

Explanation

Bots don't seem to understand that they can start healing if survivor is already been healed by another survivor. They will just tap crouch next to you to indicate they want to heal you but they already can as the other survivor is healing so they can join in. Only way to get them to join is the other survivor to stop healing and after that they start healing and the other survivor can join.
