Steps to Reproduce

1. Have vsync turned on
2. Turn vsync off
3. Turn vsync back on

Explanation

There are weird artifacts like an intense fog that occurs when I start the match without changing my settings. When i switch vsync off and then back on it fixes the problem until i restart the game. Then i have to do it again but at least its fixed until i close the game for the next session.
