Steps to Reproduce

1. launch Dead by Daylight on Steam
2. get in a game, survivor or killer
3. match begins
4. play for maybe 5 minutes
5. get forcefully and unwillingly kicked out of the match

Explanation

Hi, i hope you are well, i would like to report a bug, and a matchmaking restriction. i have had many occurings of "server disconnected" and things like that which have resulted in me unwillingly leaving the game, without being able to prevent it. i want to make it very clear that i am not a player who leaves the game willingly in the middle of a match, no matter what, i always stay until the match is over, play the game as intended. i have recieved a penalty of 6 HOURS because i got disconnected from the server. i was hoping you could help me understand this bug, and hopefully lift the penalty that was bestowed upon me.
