Explanation

When facing Ghostface and Tiffany on Nurse's Ward, I went to leap through a window. Upon attempting to leap through a window, I was unable to press "Vault", the killer heartbeat was left on me, and after a few minutes I got a "The dedicated server could not respond" error. I had 54ms ping, and stable connection.
