Additional Notes & Comments:	Second half of attached video played at 20% speed. I tested in EGC to see if it would fix the Leather Harness, given it's second effect of making the speed boost permanent, it did not work.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Equip Snug with the Young Coconut and/or Leather Harness Add-Ons
2. Give Snug a Chase Command
3. Give Snug no Add-Ons that would affect his Chase Speed
4. Give Snug a Chase Command
5. Compare both Chase Speeds

Explanation

Houndmaster's Leather Harness (+20% Chase Speed for 20s after Gen Completion + Perm in Endgame) and Young Coconut (+5% Chase Speed) Add-Ons have no effect on Snug's Chase Speed.
