Steps to Reproduce

1. Select the Dredge on the Killer lobby
2. Equip the Body cosmetic of the "A House Not A Home" cosmetic for The Dredge
3. Observe the head's model

Explanation

The Dredge's "A House Not a Home" body cosmetic is missing parts of it that are supposed to fully connect its head to its body. It gives the appearance that its head is not fully connected to its body, and instead its head is floating.
