Steps to Reproduce

  1. I'm unsure if this glitch is able to be recreated, but I was using the Nemesis Origins skin on The Nemesis.

Explanation

During a 2v8 match with a friend, i was playing Nemesis, using the Nemesis Origins skin, and my camera glitched out, having been attached to my torso, instead of my head, and my Tentacle Strike automatically readied without my input until my camera was no longer glitched.
