Steps to Reproduce

1. Have a teammate with WGLF
2. Have a different teammate in the dying state
3. Teammate with WGLF goes to heal the dying survivor
4. There is no indicator in the bottom right shared perk that survivor is actively being healed with WGLF

Explanation

WGLF icon not showing when being healed from dying state. The survivor from the dying state will still have the endurance effect, and the endurance icon. But they will not actively see while they are being healed from the dying state that their teammate has WGLF.
