Steps to Reproduce

1. Play the Nightmare
2. Switch to dream pallets
3. place a dream pallet at a spot not too close
4. quickly look away
5. dream pallet will only spawn if you look back to said spot

Explanation

If Freddy places a dream pallet and looks away, the dream pallet will not spawn until Freddy looks in the direction of placed pallet. After a bit of testing I found out that this only applys for dream pallets further away and closer ones are unaffected.
