Expected Result:	Survivor enters the dying state, and gameplay continues at usual

Additional Notes & Comments:	I was unsure what a 'Cloud ID' meant, so I included the id assigned to me in DBD's 'friends' menu as well as my Xbox gamertag

Steps to Reproduce

1. Survivor steps in trap
2. Different survivor attempts to free trapped survivor
3. Deathslinger shoots trapped survivor mid-rescue
4. Deathslinger hits and downs speared survivor

Explanation

When a survivor becomes trapped by a bear trap and is speared by The Deathslinger while a second survivor is attempting to free them, the trapped survivor becomes unable to move, recover, be healed, be picked up or bleed out once The Deathslinger downs them until the survivor that was attempting to free them is killed (or, potentially, escapes).
