Steps to Reproduce

1. Choose perk Boil Over for a survivor
2. Play as a survivor
3. Be grabbed by a killer on his shoulder
4. See that perk is not working

Explanation

Boil Over, Kate Denson Perk, don't work and do nothing. Always. There is no increased rocking on the shoulder, which this skill should provide. There is no buff icon.
