Steps to Reproduce

1. have Killer run this perk
2. play as survivor
3. finish last generator

Explanation

Hex: No One Escapes Death now immediately reveals itself after the last gen is finished. Which is not how it worked before this patch. It should only show up after a sucessful hit.
