Steps to Reproduce

1. Open up Dead by Daylight.
2. Go to manage account in the account settings.
3. Notice that the account shows no ownership of Dead by Daylight.
4. Click on Dead by Daylight.
5. Go to the rewards tab.
6. Click on the 'Casting of Frankston' reward.
7. Click 'claim rewards'.
8. Select platforms (PlayStation).
9. Verify that it states the user doesn't own the game on PlayStation.

Explanation

The website claims I do not own the game dead by daylight on my PlayStation even though I own the game I have over 200 hours logged on it, combining PS4 and PS5 versions and I even linked and synced my PlayStation account to my behavior account.
