I could not reproduce this bug in private bot lobbies. This only occurred in public matches. this bug is not map, skin, or perk related. it can be reproduced regardless of what is equipped.

- Throw The Animatronic's Fire Axe at the environment
Explanation
The Animatronic's Axe AOE is not appearing and affecting addons because of it. Endo cpu sometimes does not function at all due to this bug.
