Steps to Reproduce

1. I was playing on Dead Dawg Saloon.
2. I was using the Crew Manifest and the Diagnostic Tool (Repair) addons.
3. I placed a few biopods.
4. I heard a failed skill check nearby.
5. I attempted to auto aim with a nearby biopod to slipstream a survivor.
6. I realized I couldn't use my biopods.
7. I tried a couple more times, and I saw the prompt flicker each time I tried.
8. I then disconnected because I wanted to be able to use my power.

Explanation

I was playing singularity, and for some reason I was unable to use my biopods, even though I could place them.
