Steps to Reproduce

1. Run upstairs while being chased by Singularity in Power
2. Singularity uses power to teleport closer to you
3. See if character stops moving while Singularity is finishing his teleport

Explanation

While playing against the Singularity, I was running from him and going up stairs. After he teleported to me, my character paused midrun and stood in place for a second, which allowed him to catch up and down me. This also happened to another player in the match, who was also running upstairs.
