Steps to Reproduce

1. Activate For the People on Injured Teammate
2. Heal yourself or Be Healed anyway
3. Try Healing another Teammate, Prompt doesn't appear

Explanation

For The People is only able to be used once than the prompt to activate the perk doesn't appear for the rest of the trial
