2. Equip PWYF.
3. Gain stacks of PWYF.
4. Use your Spike Attack.

Explanation

Play With Your Food stacks are not lost while using Jason's Spike Throw Attack, leading to a permanent speed boost for the match. Basic attacks lose tokens like normal.
