Actual Result:	the cloth that is masking her neck underneathe the bandana is missing from the default top.
Expected Result:	the cloth that is underneathe her bandana should show on the default top as it does on the prestige top.

Additional Notes & Comments:	only the default top has the issue, the prestige is fine.

Steps to Reproduce

1. select eleven
2. inspect her neck area

Explanation

Eleven is missing the cloth underneathe her bandana again and you can see her neck. this issue appears to be only on the default top. the prestige top is fine. live version has no issue only on the ptb.
