  1. take a spear
  2. throw

Explanation

visual bug, broken spear animation, Take a spear throw it and just walk straight, and animation will repeat and it seems to me that there is a bug with animations after the spear, I threw the spear, the animation was repeated and the machete (weapon) just disappeared until I hit and i think mori bug (kerosene tank disappeared - https://www.twitch.tv/0xrfe/clip/WildLazyPangolinTakeNRG--PvIpQj8_P2OI4ZQ)
