Steps to Reproduce

  1. Use a map
  2. over zealous with the purple stone addon
  3. cleanse all 4 totems
  4. and 1 hex such as ruin

Explanation

I have a hex cleaning build after cleansing all 5 dulls and 1 hex the hex symbol still remained.
