Steps to Reproduce

Explanation

I was slugged and used my conviction to get up. I picked someone off the ground who was also slugged, which gave me conviction back again. I went down after 30 seconds with conviction and was unable to activate it again because the prompt was not there. Conviction was lit up and active in my perk slot. However, there was no prompt to use it, which resulted in me losing.
