Survivors are gaining endurance and haste when being rescued from an impale from Jason's spears
|
| Expected Result: |
Being rescued from an impale should not give or trigger perks that giving extra chances

| Reproducibility: |
Always

| Platform: |
Steam

| Additional Notes & Comments: |
Things like this trigger the sloppy programming of the game where it thinks saving a impaled survivor is equal to helping them recover from a hook or downed state. This could be fixed by implementing similar coding where killer Special Break and Basic Break pallets but now instead survivor can Basic-Heal where its healing from medkits, self care, Boon: COH and Special-Heal where it healing done by perks like Conviction, Second Wind, or Clean Break
|
Steps to Reproduce
- As Jason, impale a survivor against a wall with a spear
- As the impaled survivor, have equipped endurance perks that trigger upon being saved off hook or recovery from downed state
- As the rescuer survivor, have equipped perks that give endurance to teammates
- Rescue the impaled survivor
- Now they will have any endurance from perks that trigger when being saved/healed/recovered
- Also the rescuer will have activated perks that also give boosts to healing/haste/endurance
Explanation
Second chance perks like Made for This, Were gonna live forever, soul guard, etc. are triggering when saving a survivor off of a wall when impaled by Jason's hook/spear throw causing unfair advantages to survivors
