Additional Notes & Comments:	idk if this is a bug, or just me being ignorant on overclock causing a special attack and not noticing him using it more than i thought he did.

Steps to Reproduce

1. i am not sure how to reproduce it for someone else.

Explanation

i honestly am reporting this because i do not know if this is a legit bug, but i had a singularity not proc the exposed for Devour hope, until they mori'd and i was under the impression Overclocked was a basic attack, not a special one, so it should have been going off sooner.
