Steps to Reproduce

1. Happened in Toba landing- Pallet that is at the killer shack
2. Demogorgan lunges just after survivor throws pallet
3. Survivor is injured through the pallet

Explanation

Demogorgan was able to lunge through a pallet, similar to the wesker bug which led to him being killswitched, this occurred in the Toba Landing map, specifically at the pallet in the killer shack.
