Missing Krasue Skin in New Collection Bundle for CIS Region Players

Actual Result:	Bundles included only skin of Claudette and there is no skin for Krasue
Expected Result:	There are 2 skins available in the bundle

Additional Notes & Comments:	I wish the skin could be available with no VPN or proxy connections. If we have Claudette available so we must have Krasue too

Steps to Reproduce

1. Find an account which has a lack of the skin in the bundle
2. Launch the game and check the bundle (skin isn't available)
3. Turn on VPN to German region (for example) and recheck the bundle again

Explanation

Some people from CIS region experience the issue where there is no Krasue skin in the new collection (with Claudette in bundle) which is related to some unknown (for me) region problems. The price says 1920 aurilic cells and includes Claudette but it has no Krasue in it
So buying the bundle makes us unlock Claudette but do not unlock Krasue, it can be fixed by turning on VPN which makes no sense since we have Claudette in the bundle
