Actual Result:	Characters hair is appearing dark or with bald spots or large sections of hair missing.
Expected Result:	All affected hairstyles are full and shaders are working properly.

Additional Notes & Comments:	From what I've seen, it seems to affect Haddie Kaur the most, as almost all of her hairs have gained bald spots.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the shop and select any affected hairstyle.

Explanation

Lots of existing hair cosmetics are broken and appear balding or dark on the Jason 10.0.0 PTB. I thought it was a texture or model issue, but someone online says it's likely an issue with the hair shaders, perhaps being masked, causing some parts of certain hairs to become dark or bald at certain angles.
