Steps to Reproduce

1. Play as Jason
2. Equip the perk Bamboozle
3. Enter Omnipresent Evil mode
4. Select a window-vault and teleport to it
5. Notice how the perk Bamboozle does not activate, despite performing a special-vault

Explanation

Jason does not benefit from the window-block effect from Bamboozle when special-vaulting windows using his power.

Bamboozle's vault speed bonus is exclusive to basic-vaults, however the block effect functions on all vaults, including special-vaults (Legion, Wesker, Ghoul, etc.).
