Actual Result:	Getting narrowly hit by a Spike still awards the "Close One" score event.
Expected Result:	If a Spike is not dodged, no points should be awarded

Steps to Reproduce

1. Play as Survivor against The Slasher
2. Get narrowly hit by a Spike
3. Observe the "Close One" score event happen

Explanation
